A little over a year ago, Faith messaged me about taking her senior pictures. But she wanted to make her senior photo experience a little different: she wanted pictures from every season of her senior year. It was such a unique and fun idea, and I’m so glad we did it! We did a summer, fall, winter, spring, and cap + gown session, and throughout this year-long adventure, I was able to watch Faith grow. A couple weeks ago, we did her spring photos – her final session – and honestly, it was a little bittersweet. Maybe one day I’ll share a blog of each session we did, but I loved so many of the photos from this session that I decided it needed an entire blog to itself. Before I show you my favorites from her spring session (and a few cap + gown shots), I want to share a little bit about Faith!

Faith graduated from Sweetwater High School on May 17 of this year. She kept a 3.5 GPA and was a member of the drama club throughout her time at Sweetwater High. I myself am a fan of theatre (mostly the musical kind) so I love when I get to hang out with the drama club kids! She plans to attend Pellissippi State in the fall, and then transfer to East Tennessee State University in two years. She will be pursuing a career in Elementary Education, and she says she also has a passion for learning American Sign Language (ASL). I think she’s going to be a great teacher!

After 5 photo sessions with someone over the course of one year, you get to know them pretty well. It never failed that at EVERY session Faith and I kept each other laughing! She says she loves to make people laugh, and I can testify that’s true. Even when both of us were at our clumsiest, tripping over rocks and who knows what else to get the perfect shot, we laughed our way through the entire session. It was seriously so much fun. Faith is a fun gal! Not to mention, she’s beautiful. Okay, I’ll stop blabbering now. I hope you enjoy her photos! These are just a FEW of my favorites!

Congratulations, Faith! I hope your summer is filled with fun, laughter, and all the spaghetti you can eat! I wish you the best of luck in college, and I’m praying for a smooth transition as you enter this new phase of life!
