Howe Farms Engagement Session | Bhavya + Alejandro

When Bhavya reached out to me about doing an engagement session at her wedding venue, Howe Farms, I was so excited! From that initial inquiry, I could tell she and I were going to get along just like old friends. And I was right! We smiled and laughed the whole time we took these photos. Bhavya & Alejandro might just be two of the sweetest and most beautiful humans I have ever met. They met and fell in love through dental school (which they’re completing right now), got engaged this summer, and they’re tying the knot next year! I feel so honored to have played a part in documenting their love story. We had three different looks for this engagement session, and I’m in love with every. single. one.

Oh – and I got to see the Woodlands at Howe Farms for the first time since its completion. It. Is. Gorgeous. Let’s start there, shall we?!

You may not believe me, but Alejandro posed like this on his own. Literally before the words came out of my mouth, he was doing what I was about to ask him to do. These two did their research, and it shows. They could be professional models! I am still SO impressed with them.

Next, we moved to another iconic Howe Farms location – the Picture Garden! If you’ve ever been to Howe Farms, you might have seen a little circle full of different backdrops. They created the garden specifically so couples could have more photo ops, and we loved getting to use it!

We were just walking between locations and I realized how precious Bhavya + Alejandro looked… so I turned around and snapped some photos of them walking together. They ended up being some of my favorites from the session!

I happened to have my bridesmaid bouquet from the night before their session in my car, so we added it in to some photos for a pop of color! Shoutout to my friend Becca and to Seeded for that! 😂

It was so hard narrowing the photos down for this blog post. YES, this is just narrowed down sample of photos, if you can believe it! Bhavya + Alejandro, THANK YOU for trusting me to capture these moments for you. You are an amazing couple with such a bright future ahead – I can just feel it!
