Okay y’all. This engagement session with Josie and Tanner at the beautiful Tsali Notch Vineyard honestly made me feel like my heart had wings. I don’t even know where to begin! We laughed, talked, and smiled throughout the whole session. My FAVORITE way to spend an evening! Obviously, the images are beautiful (she said humbly). But I think I love them even more because we had so much FUN!

It may sound hard to believe, but Josie + Tanner had never had professional photos before! I would have never known if they hadn’t told me. From the very beginning of the shoot, they were like well-seasoned models! I will be obsessing over these joy-filled images until the end of time. I can’t wait for their December wedding. ♥️

We experienced a beautiful, sunny glow for the first half of the session and some more diffused light in the second half. Equally stunning lighting situations that make my photographer heart leap with joy! I may be biased but they are SO DREAMY. One of my favorite things about Tsali Notch Vineyard this time of year is the beautiful color of the vines. But once I started making black-and-whites, this photo stopped me in my tracks. THESE TWO ARE STUNNING.
